Here's 4 steps I would take to meet customer needs: 1. Identify the root cause of the problem. Ask the customers for direct feedback and see if internal data confirms this. 2. Develop a responsive action plan that prioritizes quick wins to regain customer trust while also implementing long-term solutions for issues that seem to be more widespread. 3. Communicate with your customers transparently about the steps being taken to address their concerns, ensuring their feedback is key to the solution. 4. Lastly, continuously monitor progress and remain adaptable, as customer needs change quickly over time. 5. Look for ways to surprise and delight key customers when it makes sense for the business.

It really depends on the goals of the business. I like Hubspot: 1. All-in-One Platform 2. User-Friendly Interface 3. Marketing Automation: HubSpot offers a lot of marketing automation features, 4. Lead Tracking and Analytics 5. Personalization and Targeting based on customer behaviors. 6. Content Management System (CMS) 7. Scalability: It's great for businesses of various sizes. Disadvantages: 1. Cost: Advanced features and capabilities are more expensive 2. Learning Curve: It does take time to figure everything out. 3. Limited Customization in free version 4.
