How can you show adaptability in a job interview?
In my experience, the STAR method is always the go to so you can ensure you are answering the question and providing the right context. In order to communicate adaptability, you’ll want to find an example you can use and then apply the STAR method. This will ensure you’ve covered everything in a concise manner. You can also ensure you answer the question. Finding a strong example is the only other thing I’d recommend. It makes your answer that much easier to share.

How can marketing professionals collaborate virtually?
In my experience, setting goals and deadlines whether you are in person or virtual is one of the best ways to collaborate and ensure the team is moving forward. Holding each other accountable is a great way to meet milestones and achieve the goal. It’s possible to do this with spreadsheets but there are some great tools to help with project management and allow for communication in the team. Additionally it provides visibility for people outside the team who need it, ie stakeholders in the project.

How can you demonstrate that you're ready for a promotion in Practice Management?
In my experience, actions always speak louder than words. This is one of the best ways to build credibility and clout in the field. These are also the easiest to hire because you can see what they’ve done. Of course, you always want to take it with a grain of salt based on other factors but if they consistently perform well against metrics and can show outcomes, then I would expect them to be able to do it again.
