Core Conversion
The bank is currently undergoing a core conversion. I have been designated as the loan lead on this project. I will be the one working with our lending vendors and the core provider (current and future) to make sure the lending operations are going to run smoothly through this process. I am part of a seven person team with our COO as project lead.

Shadow Accounting

Shadow Accounting was a feature that our core system had available but we weren't using. I led the project in getting that product up and running. We are now functioning more efficiently using it. It it a great tool bankwide but mostly for the lending personnel at the bank.

I was lucky enough to be part of TBA's Management Development Program in 2013. Twenty four bankers from across TX were challenged to put together a project helping someone or to do something to make a difference. Our team of six bankers raised money in very creative ways to help the Habitat for Humanity in Granbury and our local chapters. The cool part about this project is that is was all handled over phone conferences and e-mail. We don't live anywhere near each other but managed to raise…

The cool part about this project is that is was all handled over phone conferences and e-mail. We don't live anywhere near each other but managed to raise over $20K for this organization. It was an amazing project that show cased leadership, teamwork, patience, organization and communication.

STENTR is ticketless transactions in our bank. The bank was manually making tickets for any entry. With help from our core and others in the bank we were able to implement this feature. I did the training bank wide for this feature. It is a huge step up from where we were. It works fantastic and has helped speed our process up.

TBA - Class VI 2013
Twenty three bankers from across Texas voted me class president of our management course by Texas Bankers Association. It's an intense ten month course designed to challenge bankers to think outside the box, test their limits and do things we feel inadequate to accomplish.
It is truly an honor to lead this class even after this program is over.
