Worked with client to redesign their Procurement Cloud implementation post offshore implementer's "lift & shift" deployment. Joined the team during the second of 3 roll outs. Learned what they designed and why. Then created a listing of high value changes with a cost benefit for each.

Architected the solution and led a team of 5 to enable over 100 Oracle Cloud suppliers on the Oracle Business Network. This included using punch-out technology to load pre-built supplier shopping or "draft" carts as well as linking to 3rd party commerce sites like PunchOut2Go in a bifurcated treading partner model.

Designing CDM Smith's Procurement Deployment. Our design is looking to solve the major pain-points found in their prior deployments (supplier changes, service procurement complexity, project-related change orders, etc.).
