How do you show the value of your work?
The STAR technique is priceless and can be used in many different ways. From communicating your value on your resume to learning to answer situational interview questions. In the Talent Acquisition space this is a valuable technique often references by recruiters/hiring managers when preparing candidates for the interview process. Why? The STAR technique ensure candidates are answering a question throughly - STAR Technique: S= What is the situation? T= What is your task? A - what actions did you take to solve the problem? R= Results —-include data & impact - does it need to be perfect? No. I am a firm believer in this, “All that matters? Is that you did the best you could with what you had going on in your life. STAR helps!!

I have been huge supporter of USO’s Pathfinder program ever since it’s previous program RP6 (RallyPoint6), as one of the original members of this program.
USO helped my husband and I during our transition to San Antonio following his 20 year Air Force Retirement. For this, we will Always be grateful and work diligently to #payitforward and help others find their passions and maneuver in their career journeys.
We both now volunteer to help our MilCommunity of transitioning…I have been huge supporter of USO’s Pathfinder program ever since it’s previous program RP6 (RallyPoint6), as one of the original members of this program.
