• Successfully charter a chapter at the University of Pittsburgh in accordance to the requirements and standards set forth of the Fraternity, in which only 5 out of 92 school applications were accepted to charter. • Led a 7-person recruitment committee to attract 60 potential members, in which after careful review of applicants, only 20 selected for fraternity membership.
