Jaime and I collaborated when we launched systems respective to our areas (Jaime - Greenhouse ATS - Recruiting/Talent Acquisition and me - Workday HCM+other modules - HR) within 6 weeks of each other, and then proceeded to build an integration between the two. Jaime is a natural process and operations thinker, and in my experience, most Recruiters/TA folks, are not. So TA teams really benefit from having Jaime in their corner, making sure their system is working properly for them, helping them to understand how the puzzle pieces fit together, and to keep the data and analytics accurate and useful to TA and HR leaders, as well as business leaders in general.
