    "Technology High School is a science math and engineering college preparatory magnet school located on the campus of the Sonoma State University."

    We were engaged through Project-Based Learning. Students were challenged to demonstrate competency in physics, mathematics, and public speaking with expectation being raised higher every project that follows.

    We are conducting research in the San Diego Unified Schools and Tijuana City Schools on migrant
    student aspirations and goals to determine how schools are affecting economic and career success.
    This is being done through the Center for U.S Mexican Studies located at the University of California in San Diego.

  • Independent Research Project: Immigrant integration into Society

    I was researching the role of nonprofits on the integration of newly arrived immigrants from Mexico, and how they are affected in the social, health, economic, and educational aspects of integration.

    I was working under Dr. Wong, Associate Professor at the University of California in San Diego.
