The mission of the OKC Job Search Mastermind group is to assist every member in finding a great new job as soon as possible. Membership is by invitation/sponsorship and requires a commitment to active participation in the job search process. The Mastermind group is not a training session but you will learn tools and strategies that will serve you for the rest of your life.

Team members meet weekly from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Regular attendance helps us to know, grow and support each other in our job searches. Each of us is focused on key tasks toward the job search with the group holding members accountable for getting them done. Meetings are an opportunity to share information and sources, so each of us gets smarter about the job market. The Mastermind group
serves as a core network, knowledge exchange, and de facto advisory panel for members to make the sometimes difficult process of job hunting easier.
