“Having worked with Jaume at Gameloft was such a critical moment in my career as a junior designer and I would not have advanced in my profession as a graphic artist today if it wasn’t for him. His passion for design, creating, critical thinking, learning, and expanding skillsets was beyond inspiring and has taught me crucial expertise that have been with me ever since. Even to this day, as I am now in a position where I mentor junior designers, I would think to myself “What would Jaume do?”. The impact he made as my design mentor has been invaluable, both as an individual and working as part of a team. He was an exemplary senior lead on our team that consisted of not only designers but programmers, writers, producers; always pushing us to do our best, to explore possibilities, to learn technical tools, while making it fun and enjoyable. He taught me how to manage my time in a very fast-paced environment and how to advocate for myself. While he was our manager, he was also very hands on and would always have time to show me and teach me how to do something. Anyone would be super fortunate to have Jaume as part of their team and I am forever grateful to have worked and learned from him.”
