    Facilitated the development and deployment of a cross functional, forward-thinking, team of leaders and influencers to help our firm harness the opportunities and govern the risks associated with the latest developments in Automation, Advanced Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence. The AI Center of Excellence helps coordinate AI efforts across the organization, develops standardized practices and processes for AI incorporation, advances AI literacy, identifies AI use cases, and develops relationships with strategic partners that can collaborate with our firm to activate our ideas for advancing AI initiatives.

  • Workflow Automation

    My team is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying new workflow solutions using the ServiceNow App Engine platform. Using ServiceNow, we are able to consolidate our business workflows on one platform, build intuitive and intelligent solutions at scale, and accelerate our process automation efforts across business units.

  • Robotic Process Automation

    Leveraging Blue Prism's platform, I worked with a cross functional team to design, develop and deploy RPA technology to scale efficiently, increase processing speed, reduce costs and augment our firm's talent to take on new responsibilities.

  • Business Process Outsourcing

    -

    Working with a strategic partner, I led an initiative to develop an offshore support team of over 175 FTEs trained to support over 100 back office processes helping our firm reduce labor costs by 7 figures per annum.

  • Intelligent Virtual Assistant

    -

    Leveraging intelligent virtual assistant technology by Interactions, we developed a business case to remove 3.1M agent minutes and realized $588k in annual savings in the first year. The cost benefit analysis for this project targeted OPEX savings over $2.8M over 5 years by offering additional self-service capabilities and reducing agent phone time.

  • Consumer Web Portal

    -

    Designed, developed and deployed an e-commerce website and consumer portal that was responsible for 26% of all payments received by the firm and 20% of total dollars collected. In addition, we launched an Express Pay channel which accounted for 50% of online payments and saved the firm $.40 per transaction on thousands of interactions per month.

    Tough Mudder

    Tough Mudder is a series of obstacle and mud runs that will push your physical and mental limits to a new level. A community built on teamwork and overcoming obstacles, where stepping outside your comfort zone is the reward. In 2012, I completed the 15k run with 25 obstacles throughout the course earning me the famous Tough Mudder orange headband.
