His ability to keep his team members focused and motivated is not an easy feat but he does this with ease. On any given day you can find Josh managing 10-17 designers. When you are the head of the department you must always continue to push the envelope and educate your department members on the most up to date skills. Josh is constantly attending seminars, sessions and meet-ups to keep himself in the know on all the new technology and software available for use. Again, to reiterate, these are not things he is directed to do – he researches these on his own in order to educate his team and company. I was lucky enough to work directly with Josh on many branded packages for our clients. Having him on creative calls is vital in the process to building these high-profile campaigns. Whether it is a project that is worked on for a few months with many creative calls and meetings or one that requires immediate attention, Josh is able to come up with a plan, create and present an initial concept and gain immediate approval and buy-in from our clients. Josh’s ability to work directly with our clients and partners in developing their branded campaigns has helped to create a seamless and stress-free process for many of our partners.
