Through its programs, the organization successfully connects people with community resources to enable them to achieve a better quality of life. Our connections focus on three major causes of homelessness:

    * 78% of guests who enter our housing partner's programs are permanently housed within 6 months - and remain housed at one-year followup.
    * Graduates of our job skills and educational partners' program earn an average wage of $12.38/hour for 38 hours of work per week - and remain employed in the same job at one-year followup.
    * 60% of our guests have now found a permanent medical home.

I was a founding member of the Board, instrumental establishing this organization.

    -

I was invited to keynote the Virtual Chief Revenue Officer Summit with a discussion about how Motus adapted to the COVID pandemic of 2020. It was based in best practices we should all use every day - by responding to the humanity of our business colleagues.
