Communication: You need to be able to communicate well both verbally and in writing, listen carefully to their needs. Adaptability: You need to be able to adapt through changes and use critical thinking when analyzing a situation that needs to be solved. Teamwork: You need to be able to collaborate with other members of your team in order to make progress towards the company's goal. Project Management: Be able to manage your time effectively, manage multiple deadlines and knowing how to prioritize. Creativity: Being able to brainstorm what needs to be done to move forward in the future. Tenacity: Just don't quit-keep tryingl. I've been told by a potential client that my perseverance is now going to pay off. Check back often.
