    “Jeetu and I went back more than 10 years ago. He was my Strategic Marketing consultant when I was Divisional President at BEA and Senior Vice President at Adobe. In the past year (2012-2013), I have been advising young executives on their new companies and business. Jeetu was one of my 6 CEO/Executive clients. He has the responsibility to drive a new Sync-&-Share content collaboration division for EMC. The business was built based on the acquisition of Syncplicity. In the first year, Jeetu ensured a smooth and productive integration of this young team while not get trampled on by the big EMC. At the same time, he has to formulate a complex Go-to-Market strategy that enabled Synplicity to leverage and utilize the massive sales force of the various sales organizations inside EMC.
