  • Locke Lord LLP, Multi-Phase Office Restack

    -

    The 45,000 s.f. restack of floors 41 through 43 at 111 S Wacker includes a reception area, conference rooms, partner offices, training rooms, an IT suite, library, mailroom and a lounge. The multi-phase project was completed while the space was occupied.

  • CDW Headquarters

    -

    The consolidation of CDW’s suburban corporate offices into approximately 210,000 s.f. The build-out includes office workstations, private offices, conference rooms, a board room and standard amenities. The ground floor features a training center and a cafe with a supporting full service cafeteria. In addition, the team constructed a four-story bridge between the two existing office towers.

  • New Trier High School [District 203], Winnetka West Expansion

    -

    We completed a large scale, multi-phase renovation and expansion project on the Winnetka Campus. The new 300,000 s.f. building houses science labs, a fine arts facility, an applied arts program, STEM laboratories, a cafeteria and a lobby. Pepper supported New Trier through the pre-referendum process. The project is LEED Gold certified.

The space consists of high-end finishes throughout and includes a courtroom, cafes on each floor, various sized conference rooms, private offices, open collaboration space, a catering kitchen and mailroom.     New construction of a 24-story hotel that connects to the Convention Center. The 340-key, four-star hotel features a business center, restaurant, lounge, ballroom, conference center, fitness center and pool. The envelope consists of precast concrete, curtain wall and metal panels.

This space also included a media area to watch a video of the history, creation, conservation and reinstallation of the windows. Morton Wing, Air Handler Replacement Phase II: Demolition of existing fan coil unit in Morton Wing. Provided new air handling unit (AHU) and ductwork. Textiles Renovation, Rice Ground Floor: Interior renovations of galleries 21-22, 30-38, 55-59 and construction of secure storage spaces in galleries 063-065 on the ground floor of the Rice Building including new mechanical and electrical.
