With support and funding from several leading insurance companies, the accelerator welcomes a new class of startups every spring. The startups are given access to more than 100 mentors through a speed-dating-like process that resulted in the startups selecting 3-8 Lead Mentors to help them during their time in Des Moines and beyond. Each startup receives an equity investment in their company. At the end of our 100-day program, each is given an opportunity to pitch their company at the Global Insurance Symposium to a crowd of 350+ industry executives.
