“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jen provided a 3-hour virtual training for one of my membership organizations on how to listen well in selling. I have seen Jen facilitate meetings in the past, so I expected the experience to be good. However, her delivery of this workshop via Zoom was absolutely stellar! She had the room engaged and paying attention the whole 3 hours. It must have been effortful for Jen, but she made teaching look graceful and "second nature." I can't say enough about how much this workshop benefitted our community to learn to listen to each other better, speak more directly and personally, and ask thoughtful questions.
