“I engaged Jenn to lead a program on storytelling to a group of female founders and intrapreneurs enrolled in the first cohort of the WE Hatch Professional Development program of the Horn Program at the University of Delaware. I will be very glad to continue relying on Jenn's story engineering as a component of programs I run to help female founders (be they entrepreneurs or intrapreneurs) make certain that the documented gender-based differences they experience in their innovation journeys don't become disadvantages. The goal, which was well met, was to give each participant the means to bring their stakeholders along with them on their innovation journeys...regardless of the stage their idea and enterprise. Survey responses were very clear: Jenn was inspiring herself and shared the mechanics of storytelling in a way that everyone felt they could put them to immediate and effective use. I will be very glad to continue relying on Jenn's story engineering as a component of programs I run to help female founders (be they entrepreneurs or intrapreneurs) make certain that the documented gender-based differences they experience in their innovation journeys don't become disadvantages.”
