The podcast explores the unique and complex challenges of Maxus’ chapter 11 case, including those involving corporate governance, environmental, and regulatory issues. The case concluded with confirmation of an innovative chapter 11 plan supported by over 99% of creditors that resolved billions of dollars in environmental liabilities.
