Therefore, I embarked on an individual research project to document the educational backgrounds of the athletic directors at all Division I Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) athletic departments. I did this by examining the biography of each athletic director listed under their respective school's staff directory.
After publishing my…Since deciding to pursue a career in collegiate athletics, I became increasingly curious about how those in positions I would like to be arrived in them. Therefore, I embarked on an individual research project to document the educational backgrounds of the athletic directors at all Division I Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) athletic departments. I did this by examining the biography of each athletic director listed under their respective school's staff directory.
After publishing my findings, I was invited to be a guest on the Work in Sports Podcast hosted by Brian Clapp. I was also republished by Front Office Sports.

-Miami University is on the forefront of getting women back into baseball. At the time I was there, we were the only collegiate women's baseball program in the nation. The organization's goal is to involve women in a sport in which they traditionally do not play. We hosted informational meetings and clinics to get the word out about the organization. We also worked on connecting with the Cincinnati Reds and other women's pro baseball teams.
