    Created a vocal music enrichment class for 4th to 8th graders when choir was no longer an option for the upcoming semester. Through Songbirds, kids learn about healthy vocal technique, practice artistic interpretation, and embody confidence.

    Moderator, 2020-21

    Haas Leadership Forums are comprised of 8-12 alumni who meet monthly—currently online only—to gain perspective and insight on the challenging issues they face as business leaders. Forums are confidential settings where open discussion can lead to transformational professional and personal growth. I joined the Forum while I was an executive leader at Magoosh. In 2020, I took on the role as moderator for our group and revamped systems of communication and connection during the pandemic.

  • La Loma School

    As parents, we scrambled to find childcare at the onset of the pandemic. We started an in-home school for three families and six kids aged 4-9. We ran the school while working from home in 2020-21. Together with our amazing teacher, we created an enriching environment for learning (Mandarin immersion, Montessori). Along with being the Head of School, I also taught the kids a weekly music class, and I improved my skills as janitor extraordinaire and queen of spreadsheets.
