“I worked with Jillian Smith in her role as a Product Marketing Manager from June 2019 through August 2021. Jillian is one of the first people I think about when I hear the words “professional,” “responsible,” or “reliable.” When Jillian said she would do something, it got done on time and according to spec. You may find this trivial. I find this to be the highest compliment I can pay another human. Jillian is delightfully curious, impressively thoughtful and is always engaged. This statement is true of Jillian when she tackles high-level, strategic projects like our organizational pricing and packaging program. It’s equally true when she leans hard into hands-on, tactical projects like landing page optimization or the creation of sales collateral. Jillian is a highly capable, well-rounded, senior Product Marketing Manager. In my time working with her she lead projects from the top of the funnel to the bottom. She lead customer acquisition programs and contributed to customer success efforts to improve retention and reduce churn. She has an excellent understanding of everything PMM - from customer and competitor research to the intricacies of planning and managing a tier one go-to-market launch. Finally, Jillian is a natural and effective leader. As a senior member of our team, she lead P0 initiatives across the Marketing and Visual Design organization.
