“Many people in New York City real estate circles know Jim Cahill because of his great reputation as a CIO/CTO in the proptech space and his leadership on projects like NYMLS.com and reSOURCE. I have known him for eight years from his other life--as a Tae Kwon Do master. Jim is one of four national leaders of the USA Tae Kwon Do Masters Association and for many years has taught students of all ages across the Northeast and at our local YMCA. I take his class with two of my daughters. Jim has made us feel very welcome in the class and inspired us to learn techniques that I thought were way beyond my capabilities. He is so energetic and enthusiastic that he makes it impossible not to try your hardest. Over the years, we’ve had a number of young people with disabilities in the class. No matter what challenges someone is facing, Jim, who is a father of five-year-old twins, has a unique ability to help them build confidence, learn and uncover their potential. Seeing him in action has taught me a lot about what leadership truly is. ”
