Its proximity to the Music City Center, popular restaurants and shops, makes it ideal for business travelers and sightseers alike. The Inn is located in an historic home which provides a unique, one-of-a-kind setting for weddings and special group events. Elegant and modern amenities, amplifying conveniences and comforts are provided to every traveler with a touch of whimsy.

Our six guest suites include a private bath, WiFi, Frette linens, and flat screen HDTVs. While lounging, each guest can relax in their own fluffy robe & slippers, after enjoying the luxurious Lather Amenities.

Our recent addition includes outdoor courtyard and roof top furniture along with two fire-pits for outdoor enjoyment.

Next up will be our carriage house addition adding four additional guest suites bringing the Inn suite count to a total of ten boutique rooms!

Gramercy Germantown is a 10 unit townhome development in the heart of the Germantown Historic district just north of downtown Nashville. Each of the homes have two-car garages accessed internally from the rear of the homes from a common courtyard. Gramercy Germantown is a 10 unit townhome development in the heart of the Germantown Historic district just north of downtown Nashville. The massing and forms are modern interpretations of the popular Flemish style of architecture commonly found throughout Germany and the Netherlands. Each of the homes have two-car garages accessed internally from the rear of the homes from a common courtyard. Rooftop decks accessed from the third floors are a common attribute that create private outdoors spaces with emphasis on the wonderful views to the surrounding neighborhood, the downtown skyline and more importantly, the fireworks show from the Nashville Sounds baseball stadium nearby. Trust Development worked with John Root of rootARCH to vision and finalize plans for this amazing development and prominent corner at 7th Avenue North and Monroe St. After receiving approval from the Metropolitan Historic Zoning Commission in February 2014 the project was sold as approved to another developer in 2015 as land values skyrocketed. The development continues in its original form under the architectural guidance of rootARCH.

  • Fifth & Garfield Row Homes

    -

The Bostonian Roof Terraces at Fifth & Garfield are, perhaps, the most dynamic outdoor space in Nashville. We envision these terraces as an extension of your living space, as an area that will be used for recreation, relaxation, entertaining and lounging.
