Our six guest suites include a private bath, WiFi, Frette linens, and flat screen HDTVs. While lounging, each guest can relax in their own fluffy robe & slippers, after enjoying the luxurious Lather Amenities.

Our recent addition includes outdoor courtyard and roof top furniture along with two fire-pits for outdoor enjoyment.

Trust Development worked with John Root of rootARCH to vision and finalize plans for this amazing development and prominent corner at 7th Avenue North and Monroe St. After receiving approval from the Metropolitan Historic Zoning Commission in February 2014 the project was sold as approved to another developer in 2015 as land values skyrocketed.
