“I’ve had the pleasure of working closely with Julie while at Khoros. She is an absolute pleasure to collaborate with, a creative problem solver, and a seasoned digital and social media strategist. Julie excels in account leadership and management, ensuring that she fully understands the business challenges her customers face and working to deliver on impactful programs that drive great feedback. (She recently expanded a key account, scoring a 9/10 NPS, paired with glowing feedback) As a very strategic-minded leader, she works hard to align program strategy with that of the customer needs and can clearly articulate progress and how we’re driving impact against defined KPIs. She has a unique ability to quickly evolve, and restructure projects based on shifting customer needs, but still maintains a focus on delivering the highest quality of work. Her strong writing skills help to clearly detail overall effectiveness and ensure alignment between multiple stakeholders. This is especially important when leading cross functional teams. Her project leadership drives accountability and action, empowering and motivating team members to consistently uplevel outputs and surpass customer expectations. Lastly, Julie’s positivity and demeanor at work is contagious. She is a fantastic asset to Khoros and I’m lucky to have my career cross paths with her!”

The Power of Your Cup on National Coffee Day
Behind the Seal (Fair Trade Certified blog)
Americans drink more than 400 million cups of coffee per day. If tomorrow each one of us woke up and made just one cup Fair Trade, we would drive at least an additional $2 million dollars back to coffee farmers to help them address some serious challenges. In just one day. Because of one little choice.
