“Joe joined our team in 2016 and ramped up faster than anyone I have worked with before. Not only did he start out strong, he added extra value after there were major changes to what we sold. In mid-2016 our team’s role was changed to selling the IBM Cloud instead of on-premise licenses. This was a huge learning curve for the team. Joe made things much easier for both the team and for me, the team manager, by quickly assimilating the information needed to sell the new toolset and sharing that knowledge with the team. Joe was always one of the top performers, if not the top performer. He raised the bar for the team, but was always humble about doing so. Joe’s enthusiasm also greatly impacted team camaraderie. I see Joe being a strong part of any team at any company where he works.”

For this project, I had the pleasure of working on a cross-brand teaming initiative with other talented young sales professionals at IBM. We researched and spoke about one of IBM's "100 Icon's of Progress", adding our own creative perspective. We aimed to make this presentation unique to our roles, so we took the "Smarter Planet" platform, and demonstrated it's value in the innovation of IBM sales practices. The team functioned fluently, and consistently sought new ways to improve our product…
