    The “Re-engineering Project” consists of three main documents: 1) "The Introduction to the Re-engineering Project", 2) "The Strategic Planning Process” and 3) "The Strategic Operations Plan”.

    1) “The Introduction to the Re-engineering Project” consists of an overall explanation of two phase approach: Phase 1, the C-Level “Strategic Planning Process” and Phase 2, the “Strategic Operations Plan”.

    2) "The Strategic Planning Process” document was written for Senior Management as an outline of the Corporate Vision, Mission, Strategy and Goals objectives, based upon the “McKinsey & Company - Axes of Change”, a Three Point Approach to “Strategic Organizational Transformation”, and as an explanation of the overall strategy and objectives of the project.

    3) "The Strategic Operations Plan” is the core document. It provides in-depth SWOT and GAP Analysis and recommendations that allowed Authentidate to make changes in three (3) Core Areas of the Business (Product, Process & People), and it includes Thirteen (13) Operational Plans, that will be utilizing the latest Best Practices in “Business Process Management”, “Operations & Change Management”, “User Experience Engineering”, “Sales & Marketing Alignment” and “Revenue Funnel Strategies” for Revenue Generation used by the Top Global Business Management Companies - in their respected Areas of Expertise.

    It also provides bibliographic information, images, infographics and references where necessary to support objectives, principles, concepts and methods that will be used to align with the goals of the Stock Holders, Board of Directors, Senior Management and Employees, to increase Revenues and the Profitability of the company.
