    Rebuilt chapter website and electronic membership tools to greatly improve the association's ability to communicate with members and market events. Supported the launch of asynchronous events, improved audience engagement and satisfaction. Co-produced the chapter's highly successful Northern California Training & Development EXPO that featured notable keynote speakers and an exhibition hall wear learning vendors provided one-on-one features on their product offerings.
