“Joe and I worked together on three projects at Cisco. He worked on the UCS server business and I worked on the Nexus 1000V business. Both businesses were/are emerging, growing quickly, and have the eye of the CEO on them at all times. This means our jobs are stressful and highly visible. Joe's working style is calm and very mission-oriented. He's technically astute and is a diplomatic and successful negotiator. In sum, Joe is wonderful to work with and I hope I get the opportunity to work with him in the future.”
