This level of participation is helpful in the formulation and execution of a Distributor Business Plan that is monitored regularly at the branch / field level.

    I was honored again to have had the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team of professional visionaries who made up the 2016 ERA Conference Committee. Collectively, we picked a new location, developed new methods of marketing, attracted a record number of new attendees, and most importantly created thought provoking content that was useful to reps, manufacturers, and distributors alike. The result was one of the most successful conferences in decades. The next conference has already been announced, and the dates are set. It will certainly be another "must attend" event.
