In addition to taking 5 modules in my semester of exchange at NUS, I interviewed founders, investors, & business leaders for the blog I started called The X Factor.
I also volunteered for the Avelife Foundation, a philanthropic social enterprise promoting eco-friendly causes in Singapore & providing sustainable water resources for socially disadvantaged primary & secondary schools around Asia.
Meanwhile, I attended many startup-focused conferences & events in the city…In addition to taking 5 modules in my semester of exchange at NUS, I interviewed founders, investors, & business leaders for the blog I started called The X Factor.

- BizAsia 2010 Entrepreneurship conference at NUS;
- iMATCH International Launchpad;
- The Changing Circles of Influence in Silicon Valley; presentation by Tom Kosnik, a Consulting Professor at Stanford Technology Ventures Program from Fenwick; West;
- Emerging Tech; Venture Investment Trends in Asia; with keynote speaker Rebecca Fannin (author of Silicon Dragon). -
