Problem solving as an individual and as a group share similarities. Identify the problem Make an assessment Execute the solution In a group it is key to assess multiple execution methods (ideas to solve whatever problem is at hand). Some methods of problem solving are associated with decision making. A solution is "any decision is better than no decision". Do you see use for that problem solving solution in your professional life?
