Strengthening customer relationships has everything to do with your ability to relate to them. Build your technology solutions centered around your customer’s experience. Think in terms of what would benefit them and offer solutions that relate to what they actually need, not just what you’re trying to sell. The reason I like Salesforce as a CRM is because they’re constantly centering their product development around the customer experience and it’s easy to tailor the features to individual needs, while capturing sentiment.
