Organ Donor Relocation to Reduce Process Variability

Implemented a safe, effective, and compassionate system of transporting ventilated and consented organ donors to a single hospital facility which is geographically adjacent to the primary transplant center. These critcal care patients are clinically managed and taken to surgery in a facility adjacent to the transplanting hospital to reduce cold ischemia times and process variability.
