Address these signs promptly through open communication and conflict resolution strategies to prevent conflicts from escalating. Creating a positive and productive remote work environment hinges on recognizing these early warning signals and taking proactive steps to resolve underlying issues.

Trust is key in the digital customer journey. Modern consumers detect insincerity like meeting someone who repeats 'trust me' too often. It's not just what's said in reviews, but how integrity is maintained. IMHO, trust should be shown or felt, not told.

SPD45 took the SPD [Graphic Design] Annual #45 competition bound-book and turned it into an interactive app on the iPad.
My role in the project was to create a back-end database which drives and underlies all the fantastic visuals.
Starting with the Filemaker Pro database files that SPD uses to collect and manage each year's compeition entries, I re-engineered the database to suit the app development needs, then exported, massaged, and cleaned up the data. This data was then turned…SPD45 took the SPD [Graphic Design] Annual #45 competition bound-book and turned it into an interactive app on the iPad.
My role in the project was to create a back-end database which drives and underlies all the fantastic visuals.
Starting with the Filemaker Pro database files that SPD uses to collect and manage each year's compeition entries, I re-engineered the database to suit the app development needs, then exported, massaged, and cleaned up the data. This data was then turned into a working SQLite file that was included as part of the XCode project that creates the app.
In simple terms, I was the Plumber and Electrician on the project - nothing in the pretty app's house would work without my efforts.
The app is selling on Apple's iTunes App Store.
