“I worked with Joy as an implementation project manager at FuelQuest for her named accounts. As an account executive I found her to be very responsive and extremely helpful when trying to dig deeper into the details of the client profile or solution agreement. In client transformation projects there are always details that are not obvious or not yet derived and I found Joy to be commited to ensuring that the project team had what they needed to drive the outsourcing transformation to a successful go-live. Joy served as a subject matter expert for our team to help explain fuel industry specifics and ensure we understood each of her client's business drivers so we could effectively work with the clients' teams and not adversly impact their cash flow or operations as the implementations moved forward through completion. As a business development lead she was methodical in prospecting, generating leads, qualifying the clients and then prioritizing the client engagement start date to ensure our team could successfuly deliver on the signed outsourcing agreement. Joy is a tireless account lead/producer and a conciencious relationship manager that exceded our expectations and strived to ensure that the "home team" was effectively supported. Rather than selling the deal and moving on to the next opportunity Joy stayed "plugged in" with the client post go-live to provide continuity in the business relationship that is so vital to a successful transformation roll-out, go-live event and stable operations engagement. This strengthened the client's confidence in our service delivery methodology and their decision ot sign with FuelQuest as a collaborative business partner. I welcome and look forward to working with Joy on any project in the future.”
