The Marshall Medical Emergency Fund was created in September of 2008, in memory of Marshall, my 130-pound black Labrador retriever who was a canine volunteer with the SPCA Pet Visitation Program for nine years. Once a month Marshall and I visited patients at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Coatesville.
The Marshall Medical Emergency Fund provides emergency medical services for animals sheltered at the Brandywine Valley SPCA.
