This includes the health and well being of each family where children are present and lack the presence of a male role model in the home, single mothers and their needs, their well-being, and assistance and service where possible.

We also lead efforts in visiting each member's home to strengthen them and assist where needed, especially in times of health crisis, death or un- or under-employment that may place additional strain or challenge on a family that they may not be able to handle alone.

The main purpose is to help each family find happiness during trial, challenge or difficulty; overcome those challenges, and become completely self-reliant, and in turn they acquire the skills and wisdom necessary to help others along their way as well; paying love forward.

These changes will generate leap changes in how we do business, incorporate disruptive technologies and change through dramatic innovation across 11 sites leading a team of cross functional personnel from 11 different mills and roles that will collaborate with clear purpose in moving toward elimination of serious incidents and fatalities at our sites.

This includes identifying, piloting, experimenting and implementing multi site technology changes, innovative adaptations of existing technologies to new uses, reducing overall personnel dependence on safety systems and ensure that employees are owners in the field of process safety within their sphere, and rightfully developing new knowledge and skills as needed to adapt to changing market demands.

Work with repair contractor to draft scope, obtain quotes, bid work, review bids, update leadership on progress and status to elevate or escalate timelines based potential difficulties, and instead of repairing these units during a major outage, switched to repairs on the run, prior to outages and turn around shuts in such a way we could reduce costs, mobilization costs and other concerns while being able to turn these units on right away after their repair. This streamlined and opened up the floor to expand annual shuts during allotted time with more space and contractor availability available from a lay down and outage preparation process.

Saved in general over $300,000 in downtime related to this minor change and made sure the work was completed professionally and ahead of schedule.
