Life is good! It is to be shared, lived, and loved. I enjoy helping other people succeed.

I provide professional hypnotherapy services to assist clients in stopping their stresses and reaching their goals. I have two specialties: HypnoBirthing(R) childbirth education classes to prepare moms and couples for childbirth, and my Kick Butt Hypnosis Stop Smoking program to help smokers stop smoking.

I also give reiki treatments for rest and rejuvenation and teach whole-foods plant based nutrition.

    I wrote this program in Fall 2015 and have been presenting it to groups of participants starting in January 2016. From January to June, 2016, I effectively helped 5 out of 6 people quit smoking..

  • Certified Hypnotherapist

    Being a Certified Hypnotherapist allows me to work one-on-one with clients and help them make a desired change. Hypnosis is a wonderful modality to influence the mind and strengthen a person's conviction in living the life he or she wants.

    Toastmasters is a club to help members develop and enhance public speaking skills. I have reached the level of Competent Communicator and enjoy presenting before audiences. Weekly club meetings are fun, instructional, and provide leadership opportunities too.
