Identifying your target market is a crucial part of the brand strategy. We all know that we can't be everything to everyone. 1. Identify your brand differentiation 2. Who would be the ideal target for your product and brand differentiation 3. Build the persona of your target consumer, who is he/she, age range, attitude, behavior and mindset. How does your product/brand make your consumer feel, what is the consumer experience your brand aim to deliver that fits into your target consumer attitude and mindset.
