• At adidas, created and developed a Leadership Framework that grew from local to global application. Model based upon three points of leadership: the business, the people, and one’s self. Used in performance measurement, strategic business planning, and in calibrating expectations of new leaders. The model has contributed to adidas increasing market share and revenue more than 16% in a one year period, and it has created a level playing field between leading business and leading the people.

• Driving innovation and collaboration at adidas with just-in-time learning, by building the business case for utilizing technology for learning. Championed project to earn buy-in and funding of global executive leadership, selected LMS vendor, and currently in process of initiating LMS implementation globally for 44,000 employees; additional benefits gained include cost savings, cross-learning and knowledge sharing between employees.

Designed and implemented the four-day, blended-learning experience for 1,700 global leaders, including a complex computer-based business simulation; still being run throughout organization today.
