“I worked with Justin when he was our Training Project Manager for UMC St Radboud, Nijmegen in the Netherlands. He helped me and the rest of our office to successfully manage our extensive training program in the Netherlands for our first academic customer (which is going live with our full enterprise suite). In addition to Justin's exceptional knowledge on Training Project Management, he was very sensitive to our country’s cultural differences and showed patience in helping us out with a project of a size which we have not executed before, which endeared him to the rest of the project team members. Even though distance required a lot of verbal and written communication, Justin was always very clear in communicating deliverables and very precise in what was coming up or expected from our side. Especially in the beginning of the project, we hit some bumps regarding a big change in ownership on our customer’s side, but thanks to Justin, we are now successfully training over 8,000 people. In addition to recommending Justin as a colleague and as a Project Manager who has great insight in training project management, consulting and change management, I sincerely wish we can work with each other again in the future, some way or the other!”
