Karen built our team from the ground up, led us through months of ambiguity as our team built the processes together to ensure it worked not only for the business , but for our team. During this process, Karen always ensured that each team member felt supported and was able to improve the brands we managed. Karen helped me greatly in navigating the challenges of managing a large and complex portfolio of brands, all while helping me to become a stronger Brand Manager. Karen's leadership, passion, and knowledge is something that has impacted me personally and will affect my career moving forward.
