How can you use open-ended questions to listen with curiosity?
I teach a Journalism course for undergraduate students at Villanova University, and we spend a great deal of time discussing the importance of asking quality open-ended questions that foster conversation. Listening attentively and following up appropriately -- curiously, with the audience's needs and questions in mind -- is key.
