Specially selected as one of 23 Head Program Directors for UVa's largest community service organization, Madison House. I manage a team of ten Program Directors who collectively oversee approximately 150 UVA student volunteers at eight local Charlottesville child care centers. Some responsibilities include interviewing and selecting Program Directors, conducting bi-weekly meetings, and hosting volunteer appreciation events.
