ULSDCYP is a national network of young professionals ages 21-40 that provides leadership development, economic empowerment and community volunteer opportunities for young professionals.

Sempra Energy’s Local Diversity & Inclusion Councils (LDICs) are located throughout the service territory are focused on diversity education and employee engagement programming. The all-volunteer councils drive programs and events at their respective location based on their own unique needs and topics of interest derived from the Employee Diversity Councils collaborative experiences. The LDICs are tasked with ensuring inclusion in their workplace.
