“I don't need to write out KD's professional accolades & accomplishments. Not only do they speak for themselves, but attempting to create an exhaustive list, would truly be a feat in of itself. They call him the Godfather of Sales Leadership, and rightfully so. But let's take a pivot from what most people assume when they hear that. A pivot from the results he consistently generates (literally records broken nearly every month/quarter). A pivot from the processes & systems he implements and holds team accountable to that truly drive consistent improvement. A pivot from the sales coaching he is oh, so well-known for. Let's talk about Leadership, of people. I haven't had a leader so dedicated to my personal success. A leader so in tune with what drives me both professionally & personally. Someone who took time to truly know me. Celebrating my wins, challenging my perspective & offering support in infinite ways, both inside & outside the office. I've told him this to his face & will re-iterate here. The moments I will remember most fondly in my time working wth KD, will be his fervent desire to just MAKE ME BETTER. Yes, a better revenue & people leader, but also a better husband, a better friend & a better colleague. To be honest, it's not "easy" working for KD. But you rarely do exceptional things with ease. Would I recommend working with KD? Only if you truly want to be better than you are today.”
