Good thing for me, I don’t have to worry about that, because we did cross paths. And in doing so, I shared some highly successful times growing business together as teammates, and we banded together through some very difficult times and extremely long hours when circumstances forced us to go above and beyond the job description for the sake of the customer. He was always a lock to get a quality second opinion, and he was never afraid to let me take risks when he knew they had to be taken. Most of the time, they paid off. And They wouldn’t if he were one of those tunnel vision bosses that forgets that saying “Go for it, I trust you” takes just as much power to say as “no, I’m not approving that.” Keith is one of the highest moral character people there is; one that takes tremendous satisfaction in being there for his customers and for his people.
