“Keith was my first manager coming out university and I hands down can say that I feel honored and lucky to have had him. Outside of being well versed in the ins and outs of running a high performing marketing team, he took the time to understand me and what I was looking to get out of my role and my career. I always felt as if he was in my corner and when it came to tough decisions he was always there to go to bat for me and/or give me in-depth explanations of the business decisions that were being made multiple levels above me. He truly was the definition of a transparent leader and was able to connect with his team members both personally and professionally to build mutual trust and respect. I will take many of the interactions we had as lessons for how I will hopefully run my own team one day.”
